2. Product and Pre-Orders

Muted Aero One is offered for pre-order before general availability. Product descriptions, specifications, features, pricing, and estimated delivery timelines may change as development and manufacturing progress. A pre-order reserves your place and is not a guarantee of a specific delivery date.

3. Payment and Confirmation

Pre-order amounts are collected through our payment partner. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment verification. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information so we can communicate with you and fulfill your order.

4. Refunds and Cancellation

Pre-order amounts are fully refundable if Muted Aero One does not ship within the stated timeline. Refund requests may be sent to contact@mutedtech.com with your order details. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

5. Website Use

• Use the website only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its services.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or unauthorized personal information.
• Do not copy or misuse website content, branding, or product materials without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The Muted name, logo, product materials, text, images, and website design belong to Muted Technology or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership or a license to use that material outside ordinary personal use of the website.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Muted Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, delays outside our reasonable control, or changes to product availability and specifications.
