Refund Policy

1. Pre-Order Refunds

Pre-order amounts are fully refundable if Muted Aero One does not ship within the stated timeline. This policy applies to the pre-order amount paid through our website.

2. Cancellation Requests

You may request cancellation of your pre-order by emailing contact@mutedtech.com with your name, order details, and the email address used for payment. We will review the request and confirm the next steps.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on the payment provider or bank. We will provide confirmation after the refund has been initiated.

4. Payment Issues

If a payment was deducted but your order was not confirmed, please contact us with the transaction reference and payment details. We will work with our payment partner to verify the transaction and resolve the issue.
